Philips
$1,500 – $1,600 / pair
Per pair. Launched around $1,499/pair in September 2024; 2026 sources and Costco SKU trackers show $1,599.99/pair (e.g., 9050 TR pair with Charger Plus, item #1817317). Pricing can vary slightly by state.
The Philips HearLink 9050 is Costco's flagship hearing aid, built by Demant on the same technology family as the Oticon Intent — AI noise reduction plus motion sensors that read your listening intent. At roughly $1,500–$1,600 per pair, it delivers clinic-flagship processing for about a third of typical clinic prices, though you'll need a Costco membership to buy it.

Costco's Philips flagship arrived in September 2024 with something no other aid in the warehouse has: motion sensors. Built by Demant on the same technology family as the Oticon Intent, the HearLink 9050 uses an accelerometer and gyroscope to figure out whether you're sitting still in conversation or walking through a busy store, and adjusts its AI noise reduction to match. You get 64 processing channels, bandwidth out to 10 kHz, LE Audio with Auracast (enabled via firmware 1.3.0+), a telecoil, and an IP68 rating — all for about $1,500–$1,600 per pair.
The concessions at that price: it's rechargeable only, with no disposable-battery or custom in-ear versions, and its roughly 20–24 hours per charge is midpack — Rexton offers 39. It holds just one active Bluetooth connection at a time, so switching between phone and laptop means manual re-pairing. The HearLink 2 companion app is basic and poorly rated on Android, at 2.6 out of 5 on Google Play. And you'll need a Costco membership, since it's sold and fitted only at Costco Hearing Aid Centers.
On sheer processing per dollar, though, this is the aid to beat. The Phonak Audéo Infinio runs $2,498–$4,598 through clinics, and even Costco's own Jabra Enhance Pro 30 costs $1,700 — a bit more, without the motion sensors. If none of those limitations apply to you and your hearing care professional confirms the fit works for your loss, the 9050 gets you about as much hearing aid for your money as the current market offers.

At about $1,500–$1,600 per pair, the HearLink 9050 offers flagship-class processing — AI noise reduction, motion sensors, 64 channels — for roughly a third of what comparable clinic aids cost. The Phonak Audéo Infinio, for comparison, runs $2,498–$4,598. Reviewers consistently call the 9050 one of the best pure values in hearing aids. The catch: it requires a Costco membership and is only fitted at Costco Hearing Aid Centers.
Both are Costco prescription aids, but the HearLink 9050 is the only one there with motion-sensor-driven intent processing — it uses an accelerometer and gyroscope to adjust noise reduction based on how you're moving. At $1,500–$1,600 per pair, it's also slightly cheaper than the Jabra Enhance Pro 30's $1,700. Both are worth discussing with the fitter at your Costco Hearing Aid Center.
Yes. The HearLink 9050 has Bluetooth LE Audio with Auracast support, enabled through firmware version 1.3.0 and later. That means it can tune into Auracast broadcast audio as venues like theaters, airports, and houses of worship roll the technology out. It also keeps a traditional telecoil, so existing hearing loop systems still work, and supports hands-free calling on both iPhone (MFi) and Android (LE Audio/ASHA).
The HearLink 9050 is rechargeable only — there's no disposable-battery version. A full one-hour charge gives roughly 24 hours of use, and a quick 15-minute top-up adds about 4 hours. Real-world life lands around 20–24 hours, which is midpack; Rexton's rechargeable aids at Costco advertise 39 hours. If you travel often or tend to forget to charge devices, keep that limitation in mind before you decide.
