Bought on this website? One email does it.

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Send it from the address you used at checkout, or tell us which address you used so we can find your order. That is the whole process — no forms, no phone calls, no “are you sure?”

You get a full refund of what you paid, back to your original payment method, no questions asked. We issue refunds within 5 business days, and your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.

The promise covers everything sold on this website: monthly and annual Buddy+ subscriptions, intro offers, and Buddy+ Lifetime.

Bought through the App Store?

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases directly — we are not able to issue those ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Not sure where you bought?

Check your receipt email. If it came from RevenueCat, our billing partner, you bought on this website — email us and we will take care of it. If it came from Apple, use the App Store link above.

Just want to cancel?

Cancelling and refunding are different things. Cancelling stops a subscription from renewing — you keep Buddy+ through the period you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged.

• Website subscriptions: use the manage or cancel link in your receipt email from RevenueCat. It takes about a minute.
• App Store subscriptions: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
• Buddy+ Lifetime: nothing to cancel — it is a one-time purchase and never renews.

If you cannot find your receipt email, or the link gives you trouble, email us and we will cancel it with you.
